Bethesda, MD, Feb. 17, 2025 ( GLOBE NEWSWIRE )– As AI adoption accelerates, organizations lack the tools to secure these rapidly evolving technology. Despite having a sizable ability for cybersecurity, AI now has a significant difference between innovation and implementation. Many current security solutions are sometimes amazing, insufficient, or simply inaccessible.
Une Institute, the world leader in security training and research, is launching the AI Cybersecurity Hackathon, a month-long occasion designed to address the immediate need for the advancement of these equipment. Through open-source contributions, the contest aims to inspire participants to gain knowledge about AI security, recognize and support security talent, and advance AI security research. Running from February 15 to March 15, 2025, this workshop provides an opportunity for security professionals, social hackers, developers, and students to maintain the essential skills and build the open-source tools needed to address emerging AI safety challenges.

SANS hopes to help essential open-source tools through this hackathon, as well as inspire people to develop and improve the Artificial security skills the sector so desperately needs.

The AI Cybersecurity Hackathon builds on this history by giving participants the chance to create and add crucial tools that may shape the future of AI security. Participants will have the opportunity to create AI-driven security solutions that address emerging threats, improve program safety, and improve data security. Both experienced professionals and beginners who want to examine the link between AI and security are welcome to the workshop.
