San Jose, Feb. 25, 2025— Cisco]NASDAQ: CSCO] now announced plans for an expanded collaboration with NVIDIA to provide Artificial technology solutions to businesses. Businesses are aware that AI is necessary for growth, but they are still only just beginning to adopt it as they navigate the particular technical difficulties and safety requirements of running AI-ready data centres. The expanded collaboration aims to give businesses freedom and choice as they look to meet the demand of AI workloads for high-performance, low-latency, very power-efficient communication within – and between – data centers, clouds, and users.
The transformational potential of AI is largely dependent on a powerful and flexible AI ecosystem, according to Verizon Chairman and CEO Hans Vestberg. Similar to our Verizon AI Connect method and solutions, this expanded collaboration between Cisco and NVIDIA accelerates and makes resource-intensive AI loads at the edge of the network possible.
Some organization AI workloads will be based on the Cisco and NVIDIA Spectrum-X Ethernet network platform. By enabling connectivity between both companies ‘ network designs, the two businesses are prioritizing customers ‘ needs for reduced, full-stack solutions. Customers will benefit from the expanded partnership by enabling them to use their existing administration tools and processes, spanning front and back-end networks, to improve their AI infrastructure investments using a popular architecture.
” Enterprises are under enormous pressure to build AI quickly and effectively, and many officials struggle to justify the purchase while balancing the hazards”, said Chuck Robbins, Chair and CEO, Cisco. Cisco and NVIDIA are working together to reduce customer obstacles and help them maximize their system investments to unlock the potential of AI.
