The event took place at CISCO Edge in Yudala Heights, Victoria Island, Lagos, as part of DOH Africa by Africa Cyberfest, which was powered by CISCO EDGE Nigeria – CDA.
Discussions included strategies for bolstering modern protection, hacking techniques, data breaches, and AI-driven attacks.
Speakers emphasized AI’s multi function in cybersecurity, which is both a potent protection system and a tool for cybercriminals.
Olmáyá Akinkuehinmi noted that AI-powered problems are getting more sophisticated, enabling thieves to decrypt hacking techniques, bypass security systems, and exploit network flaws.
